Oil, water,
and the lemon trees
The olive grove is old — older than anyone here can say with certainty. We harvest from it every autumn, pressing an oil that carries the particular character of this hillside: grassy, peppery, rooted in this soil and nowhere else. It carries the IGP seal because it could only come from here. That is not a marketing claim. It is geography.
Around it: a small vineyard, a vegetable garden, a fruit orchard, and the lemon trees that still give their fruit and end up, some of them, in the bottle left on your kitchen counter.
The fountain runs all day and all night. A carafe is filled and waiting in every apartment. No single-use plastic bottles are sold, supplied or stocked anywhere on this property.
